Eyes-Closed Feel Roll
5-10 min Solo Golf Balls, Tees
Setup
Find a 12–20 foot putt with slight break. Place a tee 12 inches behind the hole for pace feedback.
Drill Instructions
Set your read, then close your eyes just before starting the stroke and hold your finish. Open your eyes after the ball rolls and note distance and start line. Do 3 balls eyes-open, then 3 balls eyes-closed; repeat for 4 cycles.
Goal
On eyes-closed reps, finish within 18 inches long of the hole on 8/12 attempts.
Make It Easier
Shorten to 10–12 feet and remove the break.
Coach Tip
Quiet grip pressure to allow the face to square naturally at impact.
Make It Harder
Use a 20–30 foot putt and a 12-inch capture zone.
Avoid
Changing the routine when you close your eyes—keep timing consistent.
